Responsibilities

• Set up and start production machines per schedule and procedures.
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency; adjust equipment as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
• Lead and train team members to ensure safe and proper machine operation.
• Identify and communicate mechanical issues; implement fixes to maintain throughput.
