Job summary

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Start-Up: verify proper setup of production machines and follow start-up procedures.
• Production Monitoring & Quality Control: monitor process, adjust to ensure high-quality output, perform QC checks.
• Clean-Up & Maintenance: perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized.
• Leadership & Supervision: supervise team members, ensure safe operation and quality adherence.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: diagnose issues, implement fixes, and communicate with team and other departments.
