Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous paving or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a zero-incident safety environment by applying safe work practices and communicating hazards.
• Ensure job site readiness and material flow by clearing debris and staging materials.
• Assist paving operations with asphalt placement and interaction with equipment operators.
• Support pavement removal and subgrade preparation to meet project specs.
• Protect team members and the public by following safety protocols and using PPE.
• Maintain tools and equipment through routine cleaning and organization.
• Follow directions and collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
