Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous paving or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and contribute to team success.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, installation, and maintenance of asphalt.
• Work alongside skilled workers and equipment operators to ensure quality and safety.
• Support paving and milling crews as needed to maintain production.
• Help with pavement removal and subgrade preparation to meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
