Sunland Asphalt is hiring a heavy equipment operator in Denver to run the roller, skid steer, paver, and milling machines on asphalt projects. You will perform ground-level labor and support project crews.

• 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the roller and other heavy equipment for paving projects.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate and work with contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to complete job.
• Serve as front-line Company representative and provide excellent service.
• Work on the ground as needed and follow daily production schedules.
• Maintain a safe job site and report equipment problems to supervision.
