Job summary

Sunland Asphalt is seeking a Milling Operator to join our Denver team. You will operate heavy equipment and milling machinery to apply asphalt products per job specifications, while maintaining safety standards and efficient production.

This role requires the ability to communicate with the Foreman and crew, perform pre/post trip inspections, and keep equipment and site clean. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 6–12 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Able to read and write English; willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel to any and all job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery per job specs.
• Maintain safety and follow procedures.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew to meet production goals.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
• Keep worksite clean and safe.
