Responsibilities

• Complete on-site repairs for paving clients.
• Provide service and assistance during site visits.
• Perform maintenance work on paving projects.
• Uphold Company policies and procedures to create a positive work environment.
• Represent the Company when interacting with customers and the project team.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent on project needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns with independent judgment.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards as per OSHA guidelines.
