Job summary

Keeley Companies is seeking an Asphalt/Paving Maintenance Tech to perform onsite repairs and maintenance for paving clients. The role involves working closely with customers, project managers, and superintendents to ensure timely, high-quality results while upholding safety standards.

Travel 3-4 days per week is required; a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are essential. Entry-level positions are available, with 1–3 years of paving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs onsite for paving clients.
• Offer service and customer assistance during site visits.
• Complete maintenance work on paving projects.
• Create a positive work environment by enforcing company policies.
• Work directly with customers and company team members.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent to assess project needs.
• Represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Maintain high-quality work in a timely manner and follow safety requirements.
• Perform daily safety assessments and inspections.
