Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs onsite for paving clients.
• Assist customers during site visits and support project needs.
• Perform maintenance work on paving projects.
• Uphold company policies and safety standards on site.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to assess needs.
• Represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain quality workmanship and enforce safety requirements.
• Conduct daily safety assessments and inspections.
• Perform general duties related to asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews.
