Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving or Building Materials; previous Supervisory or 'lead' experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for plant maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Strong hand-eye-foot coordination is essential for operating hand/foot controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the paving crew, ensuring quality standards.
• Communicate standards of excellence in daily work assignments.
• Aid in training and cross-training of co-workers.
• Inspect mobile equipment for safety hazards and functionality.
