• Works closely with paving foreman to maintain yield.
• Understand paving operations and logistics on site.
• Knows and understands grade control methods; proficient with CAT electronics.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures proper safety and incident reporting; raises issues to foreman/safety director/HR.
