The Paving Laborer is responsible for assisting with the construction, repair, and maintenance of paved surfaces such as roads, parking lots, and driveways. Duties include preparing work sites, handling paving materials, operating basic machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will be dependable, capable of performing physically demanding work outdoors, and able to follow directions effectively.

Qualifications

• Required:

• Preferred:
  • One year of experience in paving or related construction work.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and paving equipment.
  • OSHA or other safety certifications.

This position is primarily outdoors and involves exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise. Protective gear will be provided as necessary. The work is physically demanding and requires lifting heavy materials and equipment, as well as working in a team setting.
