APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH Company, is hiring an Asphalt Paving Laborer / Groundsman (Construction). You will work with a team to support paving crews, follow safety policies, operate basic tools, and assist with traffic control and material handling.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, willingness to travel and work nights/weekends, and the ability to pass drug screen and background checks. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be able to provide I-9 documentation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist paving crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and wheelbarrow work.
• Signal equipment operators and assist in material placement.
• Follow supervisor directions for daily tasks on each project.
