The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and a willingness to travel. Night and weekend shifts may be required, with PPE and safety protocols mandatory on all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related fields is advantageous.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment per safety policies.
• Support construction and paving crews with tasks like shoveling and material handling.
• Communicate with equipment operators to coordinate movement and material flow.
• Operate small power tools as needed (e.g., jack hammers).
• Assist with setup, relocation, and removal of traffic control devices.
