Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in West End, NC, for a Paving Foreman at Seven Lakes Contracting & Asphalt Services, LLC. The Paving Foreman will be responsible for supervising paving crews, operating heavy equipment, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring quality control. This role involves planning and executing paving projects, overseeing maintenance of equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met. The Paving Foreman will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Supervisory Skills and effective Communication
• Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment for paving projects
• Knowledge of Carpentry and Maintenance tasks relevant to paving
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and lead by example
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
• Previous experience in the construction or asphalt industry is preferred
