Job summary

RCH Pavement Maintenance in New Hampshire is seeking a self-motivated supervisor to manage a paving crew and equipment across daily projects.

You will oversee prep through finished product, ensure safety, and coordinate with project managers; a valid driver's license and extensive crew experience are required. Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years experience working on a paving crew.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate all paving equipment from prep to finish.
