You will work closely with the crew to maintain a steady flow of materials and perform routine maintenance as needed. The position requires three years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and availability for overtime,

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum three years) operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read project plans and understand grade control.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CDL preferred.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt pavers, rollers and other heavy paving machinery.
• Control speed, direction and material flow to meet specifications.
• Perform daily maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Coordinate with dump truck driver, screed operator and foreman.
• Load materials and ensure adequate fuel supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and site instructions.
