Qualifications

• Experience in paving or heavy civil construction preferred but not required for laborers.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and weather.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
• Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently (for operator roles)
• Follow directions from the foreman and work as part of a coordinated crew
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
• Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly
