Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment following OSHA/MSHA standards.
• Support asphalt and concrete crew with tasks (shoveling, material transport, setup of traffic controls).
• Operate small power tools as needed and assist with equipment signaling and material handling.
