CMC's Tensar Division seeks an Application Technology Manager to support the Global Center of Excellence for Pavements. You will develop, validate, and implement pavement technologies, turning testing and field data into design guidance, software methods, and training.

This role connects engineering analysis with practical Tensar pavement solutions. This senior position requires extensive pavement engineering expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple development

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering required.
• Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical, Pavement, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop pavement application technologies for Tensar products.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to validate designs and methods.
• Analyze data from labs and field tests to guide pavement design guidance and software logic.
• Lead application technology development projects and provide technical leadership.
