Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Pavement Technician for Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. You will construct or repair concrete and asphalt surfaces, maintain drainage, and support snow removal per plan.

You will operate pavement maintenance equipment for line painting, seal coating, crack filling, and power washing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety. You will report progress to the Operations Manager and adapt to varying site conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience outdoors or in construction-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work shifts.
• Self-motivated and dependable; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operates pavement maintenance equipment for line painting, seal coating, crack filling, and power washing.
• Delivers high-quality workmanship on each project, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintains a clean and safe job site; uphold all safety protocols.
• Communicates job progress daily to the Operations Manager.
• Adapts to various site conditions and project requirements.
• Performs other related duties as needed to support the crew and company goals.
