Job summary

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate sweepers, backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment as part of a maintenance crew.

Responsibilities include pavement preservation, snow and ice removal, debris cleanup, signage and fencing maintenance, and adherence to airfield regulations. Must have a valid Class A CDL, High School Diploma or GED, and at least two years of construction/road maintenance experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum two years in construction or road maintenance.
Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work outdoors, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Operate sweepers, backhoes, loaders, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, rollers, skid-steer loaders and tractor trailers as part of a crew.
Perform pavement preservation, crack routing/sealing and concrete work.
Winter snow and ice removal using appropriate equipment.
Debris removal, erosion control, floodgate, bridge, and culvert maintenance.
Install, repair and maintain signs and fencing as required.
Adhere to security practices, airfield regulations and communicate with customers.
