Responsibilities
  1. Influences the financial performance of a project by monitoring scheduling, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
  2. Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  3. Conducts regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  4. Collaborates with engineers and stakeholders to resolve design issues and address changes.
  5. Communicates risks and project status in review meetings.
  6. Drives claims and change orders, tracking and reporting progress.
  7. Oversees procurement processes to adhere to budgets.
  8. Develops and maintains a CPM schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Manages contracts to resolve issues and claims.
  10. Establishes and promotes a safety culture.
  11. Manages relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  12. Ensures subcontractors and suppliers are effectively managed.
  13. Mentors and evaluates employee performance.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

The role involves lifting up to 30 pounds and traversing construction sites with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods is also required.
