Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field operations or related service.
• Experience supervising field employees.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Ability to read proposals, site maps, and specs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the production calendar and scheduling of all sold work.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and access requirements.
• Ensure crews have clear job scopes, site plans, materials, and expectations.
• Lead, coach, and hold field technicians accountable.
• Ensure projects meet Appell standards and scope; inspect ongoing work.
• Manage job profitability and track variances.
• Own safety culture and compliance.
