Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Pavement Markings Laborer to perform highway maintenance in the Sulphur Springs area. Responsibilities include operating vehicle-mounted equipment, completing inspection reports, and ensuring DOT compliance to maintain road safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record; CDL preferred.
• Maintain company background checks including driving and drug testing.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions as part of tasks.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Adapt to latest technology and use smartphones/apps.
• Adjust to changing work schedule and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks to ensure traveler safety.
• Operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
• Complete vehicle and equipment reports; pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Maximize production on the job and keep vehicles clean.
