Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC in San Antonio seeks a dedicated Laborer - Pavement Marking for full-time work. You will perform highway maintenance and pavement marking to support road safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include traffic control, equipment inspections, and reporting. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background/drug checks are required. Overtime, travel, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving/background check are required.
• Knowledge of local traffic rules and ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Comfort with smartphones and safety policies is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic control, sign installation, and raised pavement marker application as directed
• Complete equipment and vehicle repair reports accurately
• Ensure DOT and quality guidelines are followed on all tasks
• Maintain and inspect spray systems and truck-mounted equipment
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms diligently
• Strive to maximize production efficiency on site
• Operate and maintain multiple equipment pieces as trained
