TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. The role focuses on installing thermoplastic marks and operating related equipment while adhering to DOT safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a CDL A or B with a clean record, be able to read work orders and maps, and flexibly work nights and weekends. Travel and overtime are possible; background and MVR checks apply.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with clean driving record.
• Experience with heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders, maps and basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends; pass background/MVR/drug tests.

Responsabilités

• Install pavement marking materials as part of the highway striping crew.
• Operate pavement marking equipment and vehicles in DOT-compliant manner.
• Transport equipment and crew to and from job sites safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Assist with setting up machinery and maintaining equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies on roads and job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during work.

Availability:

• Monday through Friday schedule, with possible night and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
