TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. You will operate pavement marking equipment and commercial vehicles, ensuring DOT compliance and high safety standards on road projects.

This role requires flexible hours, possible night and weekend shifts, and travel to different job sites. We offer health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as part of our benefits package.

Qualificações

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, MVR review and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Install thermoplastic and waterborne pavement markings.
• Operate pavement marking equipment and company vehicles safely.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Set up and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper loading.
• Follow safety policies on the road and at job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during work.

Availability:

• Monday through Friday schedule, with possible night and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
