Appell Striping of North Jersey is seeking a part-time Pavement Maintenance Technician to lead line striping, sealcoating and asphalt repair projects across North Jersey.
You will join a dedicated team that delivers high-quality pavement services to commercial and industrial customers, focusing on accurate site assessments, planning, and safe execution. This role may require travel for multi-day jobs and non-standard hours to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in pavement maintenance, with line striping and sealcoating.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Willingness to travel 1–2+ hours for multi-day jobs.
Responsabilités
- Deliver pavement maintenance services including line striping, sealcoating, crack filling and asphalt repair.
- Oversee application of pavement marking materials to ensure quality.
- Prepare estimates and work plans for efficient project completion.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
- Collaborate with team on safety and best practices.
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide excellent service.
- Monitor timelines and budgets to meet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
