Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services in Central New Jersey is seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and related tasks for a variety of clients across Central New Jersey as well as Bucks and Montgomery Counties in PA. No prior experience with the equipment is required as training will be provided at hire.

A valid US driver’s license is required and candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• A U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker.
• Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
