Lazer Perfect Striping Sealing is seeking an Operator to join our asphalt construction team. The role focuses on operating heavy equipment, preparing surfaces for asphalt, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site.

The ideal candidate will have experience with excavators and other heavy machinery, and will work closely with the crew to ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with day shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment with a focus on asphalt-related tasks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Experience in commercial driving is a plus for larger vehicles or machinery.
