TTL is seeking a Phased Array Ultrasonic Technician (PAUT Level II) to support our construction services team across Alabama and surrounding states. You will perform NDT inspections, interpret results, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

The ideal candidate is a certified PAUT Level II with experience in multiple NDT methods and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision. This role emphasizes accurate reporting and client communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASNT Level II PAUT and UT certifications.
• ASNT Level I/II MT and PT; ICC Bolting/Structural Steel a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience with QA/QC reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, calibrate and perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing using Omniscan X3/X4.
• Conduct inspections for quality and code compliance.
• Perform UT and PAUT per AWS, ASME, API standards; use MT and PT as needed.
• Document flaws, sizes, locations; prepare client reports.
• Use basic computer systems and inspection-related technology.
• Maintain professional relationships with team members and clients.
