Job summary

TTL, Inc. seeks a Phased Array Ultrasonic Technician (PAUT Level II) to support our Alabama projects. You will perform NDT inspections and interpret results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

The candidate should hold ASNT Level II PAUT/UT, MT/PT certifications, and possess a high school diploma. Proficiency with Omniscan X3/X4 and strong communication are required; driving license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are needed for field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASNT Level II PAUT and Ultrasonic Testing certifications required.
• ASNT MT/PT certifications or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and perform PAUT using Omniscan X3/X4.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Interpret UT and PAUT results per AWS, ASME and API standards.
• Utilize MT and PT methods in lab and field settings.
• Identify, document, and report flaws or discontinuities.
• Prepare and deliver client reports and maintain records.
