US Tech Force is seeking a motivated Pattern Maker / CNC Machinist to advance their career. You will set up, program and operate 3-axis CNC machining centers for 2D and 3D operations, and create one-off tooling according to drawings and CAD models.

Work with a team to rig, fit and align components for complete mold assemblies. Strong understanding of prints and shop-floor collaboration are essential to produce precise tooling and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience strongly preferred in the industry.
• Must be reliable and work well with a team.
• Must enjoy a shop setting.
• Ability to understand prints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and operate 3 axis CNC Machining centers for 2D and 3D machining operations.
• Program 1 off custom tooling.
• Rig, Fit and align components for complete mold assemblies.
• Read and follow part drawings, CAD models and verbal directions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure precise tooling is made.
