Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Patrol in Springfield, MO. You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, with proper escalation and reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the site, parking areas, building perimeter, and other locations to identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access or policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs and communicate security information to appropriate personnel.
