Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Springfield, MO. You will provide customer service, patrol facilities, and help deter incidents while maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and utility customers while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate relevant observations to leadership and site contacts.
