Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Emergency Support in San Bernardino, CA to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution environments. You will conduct regular and random patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site procedures.

The role emphasizes calm incident handling, accurate reporting, and collaboration with a safety-minded team. A guard card and HS diploma are preferred; full-time scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors, and documenting entries and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on patrol activity, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
