Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and post orders at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter points to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report incidents or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established post orders and communication protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate with the public, client representatives, and emergency responders.
