Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Madison, WI. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver excellent customer service at a financial institution.

A valid driver's license and prior security or law enforcement/military experience are required. This full-time position offers a structured schedule with night shifts and requires compliance with background checks and drug screening per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement/military experience.
• A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain a professional presence to protect personnel, property, and operations.
