Job summary

City of Cleveland is seeking an Entry Level Patrol Officer to begin through the Police Training Academy program. The starting 2026 salary is earned during the academy and will transition to the field after successful completion of training.

Candidates must meet Ohio licensing and age requirements and be able to obtain Peace Officer and LEADS certifications during employment. A valid Ohio driver's license is required prior to appointment.
