Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Patrol Officer - Full Time in Greeley, CO to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. The role requires vigilance, strong customer service, and the ability to follow post orders and report issues promptly.

You'll patrol multiple sites, engage with employees and visitors, use technology devices during shifts, and participate in training. Excellent communication and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature as required for assigned site.

Patrol Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Greeley, CO

Wage:$20.50/HR

ThePatrol Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
