Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to detect and deter crime and traffic violations.
• Respond to dispatcher calls including emergencies and incidents.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and gather evidence at scenes.
• Make arrests and process criminals; write citations.
• Provide courtroom security and testify in proceedings.
• Administer first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Assist in tactical and canine unit activities as assigned.
