Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver Incident Support in Houston, TX to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. Qualifications

• Customer service experience in security environments preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and follow procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing and driving requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports and communicate security information to site contacts and leadership.
