Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screen will be conducted.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Armed-armed role age requirements noted (18+ / 21+).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters.
