Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Driver Patrol Tablet Reporting in King Of Prussia, PA. You will perform unarmed patrols at a commercial real estate location, monitor access, respond to incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and access points to deter activity and identify issues.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization; direct guests as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and emergency responders.
