Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is required or preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, controlled manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting concerns to site management.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately per reporting requirements.
