Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site procedures and campus policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and promptly, notifying campus contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, observe and report unusual conditions or suspicious activity, and document incidents per site procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly campus environment by giving directions and supporting events, communicating professionally with the campus community.
