Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors and staff and follow site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout resort buildings and surrounding areas.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, property damage or policy violations.
• Assist with access control, visitor inquiries, and directions while maintaining a welcoming presence.
