Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Driver Patrol in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The role involves driving to patrol hotel and resort grounds, providing exceptional guest and staff service, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, and pass background checks and a drug screen as required. This is a full-time position with daytime and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest areas, parking areas, amenities, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
