NFC Amenity Management in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a part-time security guard to operate independently in a fast-paced setting. The role requires supervising others and maintaining security during daily operations, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others is a must.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Front desk and hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and patrol as an unarmed security guard.
• Loss prevention and monitoring CCTV footage.
• Prepare activity reports with guard name, areas patrolled, and events.
• Receive and record parcel deliveries and contractor/guest arrivals.
• Advise residents and guests of rules and policies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and Patrol- Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard.
• Loss Prevention- Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property.
• Monitor- Monitor and review CCTV footage.
• Record- Prepare activity reports that include the name of the guard, areas patrolled, and a summary of events
• Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages.
• Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors, guests, and delivery personnel.
• Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
